NBA ‘butcher’ sends a stern warning to LeBron James (video)

Houston Rockets will host the Los Angeles Lakers on November 8 at Toyota Center.

Dillon Brooks and LeBron James had a heated confrontation in the first round of the 2023 NBA Play-Off.

The Los Angeles Lakers defeated Brooks’ Memphis Grizzlies after 6 matches in the Best of 7 series.

King James averaged 22.2 points, 11.2 rebounds, 5.2 assists and 1.3 blocks in the Lakers-Grizzlies series.

Meanwhile, Brooks recorded modest stats with 10.5 points per match and 1.2 lost balls in the series.

After the Grizzlies won Game 2, Dillon Brooks caused a storm of public opinion when he bluntly criticized LeBron James as “old”.

The former University of Oregon player has never shied away from challenging the “King” of the NBA.

In the new season, the Memphis Grizzlies decided not to re-sign Dillon Brooks because they believed he was no longer suitable for the team’s plans.

The Canadian pitcher joined the Houston Rockets on a four-year, $86 million contract as part of a sign-and-trade agreement with the Grizzlies.

“I think the reasons why the Grizzlies were willing to sell him were misunderstood,” ESPN reporter Tim MacMahon said on Zach Lowe’s podcast . The main reason why the Grizzlies tried to replace Dillon Brooks for two years was because of technical issues in finishing situations. Besides, Dillon doesn’t want to be the fourth or fifth attacking option.”

Brooks is off to a good start with the Rockets. He averaged 16.3 points, 4.7 rebounds and 2.2 assists, along with an impressive scoring performance. Dillon Brooks has a shooting rate of up to 56.5% from the 3-point line and 93.8% at the free throw line. He currently leads the NBA in 3-point shooting success, surpassing even the greatest shooter in NBA history – Stephen Curry.

As for LeBron James, the NBA’s all-time leading scorer is averaging 25.3 points, 8.4 rebounds and 5.9 assists for the Lakers after 7 games. Despite being limited in playing minutes, King James still shows terrifying strength on the offensive front even though he turned 38 this year.
