LeBron James burst into tears when sharing the meaning of his snake tattoo (video)

New York Giants safety Xavier McKinney has a huge new tattoo inscribed across his torso after turning to the same artist used by LeBron James.

McKinney, who has played 12 times for the Giants this season, linked up with tattoo specialist Ganga for his latest piece of art

Which features a number of comic-book characters and some interesting phrases.

The design includes an image of Marvel villain Thanos looking slightly furious in a smoldering city.

Along with Batman’s nemesis The Joker next to a message that reads: ‘Most wanted’.

Guardians of the Galaxy character Groot is also visible in the tattoo, positioned just above another slogan reading: ‘Beware of dog’.

Ganga is also said to have sharpened up some of the tats McKinney already had before working on the new design.

The LA-based artist, who has 1.4 million followers on Instagram, has also worked with the likes of tennis superstar Carlos Alcaraz, boxer and online personality Jake Paul and boxing legend Canelo Alvarez as well as LeBron.

After becoming Ganga’s latest high-profile client, McKinney wrote on Instagram along with a video of the tattooing process and the end product: ‘Tattoos over war wounds…

‘Special thanks to my brother @gangatattoo and all the artist who helped bring this piece to life.’

McKinney will line up for the first time with his new body art when the Giants take on the Packers on Monday night.

New York will be hoping to extend their winning streak to three games after bouncing back from a three-game skid to record victories over the New England Patriots and Washington Commanders.

During the win over the Patriots, McKinney was fined almost $14,000 for unsportsmanlike conduct after taking off his helmet when New England kicker Chad Ryland missed a 35-yard field-goal attempt with three seconds to play.

The Giants are back from their late bye week and heading into a tough five-game stretch with no room for error if they are to have any chance of making the playoffs for a second straight year.

Brian Daboll’s team has had a week to rest and recover from 12 weeks of nagging injuries, just so they could walk into work on Monday feeling somewhat normal.

But they face an near-impossible task. They are two games out of a wild-card spot and probably need to win out, just to finish with a 9-8 record. The final five starts next Monday night with a home game against the Green Bay Packers (6-6), who opened a lot of eyes by knocking off the defending Super Bowl champion Chiefs on Sunday night.
